At the information and globalization age, it is significant to engage multilateral cooperation in culture directly. Especially, the present government declares ‘Korea’s role as a middle power contributing to world peace and development’ as one of its national goals. Thus, it is very important to review deeply whether cultural multilateral cooperation can act as a breakthrough in middle power diplomacy.
